Save the Children International: Digital Fundraising Festival – AI Session

I was invited as a guest speaker at the Save the Children International Digital Fundraising Festival, joining an audience of around 80 fundraising and digital colleagues.

The session focused on how to use AI practically in fundraising, including:

  • Real-world AI use cases for digital fundraising
  • Practical tools & tips teams can apply immediately
  • Ethical AI considerations for humanitarian organisations
  • How to scale fundraising workflows using automation

The feedback was incredibly positive — attendees ranked the session very highly, and the organiser shared:

I joined the DMA’s expert panel to launch the 2025 Email Benchmarking Report—offering insights on the trends shaping email marketing and how to benchmark success in a changing digital landscape.
